It’s fascinating to watch the economic development which has cycloned into what appears to be an amazing success and has expanded beyond the Central Business District. These type of amenities make the downtown area a great place for the nautical crowd and those living the single life due to the close proximity to the Detroit River waterfront.
Detroit has attracted large scale developers with the “Live Here” marketing campaign and according to the cities website the downtown area is “quickly becoming one of the most desirable neighborhoods in metro Detroit. Experience high-rise or loft living in a walkable neighborhood with access to parks, dining and entertainment. Forget the commute and enjoy a five-minute stroll to work. Downtown Detroit is the place to live the urban lifestyle.”
According to the LiveHere information, the “Live Here” initiative is set to relaunch in 2020.
